Blue Arrow Highest Ranking Recruiter Placed 32nd on Best Companies to Work For List

Last night was an incredible one for Blue Arrow, as the company celebrated being named The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For, for the tenth time.

Based on the views of over 600 employees, Blue Arrow is proud to have exceeded all previous Best Companies Index (BCI) scores, to retain its 2-Star Accreditation for ‘Outstanding’ employee engagement. Just 2 points shy of achieving 3-star accreditation, Blue Arrow is placed 32nd on the list, a climb of 19 places from last year’s ranking of 51st place and retaining it’s position of highest placed recruitment agency in our category.

2019 also sees Blue Arrow celebrating its 60th anniversary as one of the most trusted recruitment agencies in the UK and will be launching a campaign to thank all its 60,000+ Flexible Employees for their hard work and dedication throughout the years.

Fraser McLeod, Chief Executive Officer:

“I am both humbled and privileged by this remarkable achievement for Blue Arrow staff. In its 60th year, Blue Arrow continues to prove itself as an iconic brand that I am proud to lead and work for.”
