Blue Arrow Raises Over £34,000 For Mental Health Charities

Blue Arrow employees have raised an amazing £34,401.72 for Mind UK and their affiliates Scottish Association of Mental Health and Inspire (Ireland & Northern Ireland).

The money raised over the course of the two year partnership will help the charities to continue to be there for people who need it, when they need it most. Blue Arrow's mission to enhance people’s lives meant that this partnership was about raising awareness of mental health in the workplace as well as raising valuable funds.

Blue Arrow organised and competed in a number of wonderful events which had participants running, walking and cycling, taking part in a golf day, sleeping rough and of course fabulous cake sales.

Fraser McLeod CEO of Blue Arrow said, “It has been an absolute pleasure supporting Mind UK, SAMH and Inspire, and I have been so impressed with how staff have engaged in all sorts of fundraising activities for an important cause. We hope the money will be used to support the one in four people every year who experience a mental health problem and the hundreds of thousands of people who are struggling.”
