This has been the largest salary boost to have occurred within the industry for many months, signalling that the British summer has had a positive effect on the hospitality and catering sector.

The team were delighted to reveal the company had smashed their original £60,000 target, presenting CRUK with a cheque for £64,322.25 on behalf of all their colleagues, candidates and clients.
