Until then, not all branches are able to offer these services, so please check with your local branch if you are fully registered with Blue Arrow and unable to access either service..

MyBlueArrow App

To access the app, you must;

  • Be fully registered with Blue Arrow
  • Have provided a valid email address at the time of registration.
  • Have access to an Android or Apple mobile phone.
  • Login using the email address you gave us when you registered and your date of birth in this format:  DD/MM/YYYY.

My Portal

To access the portal service, you must;


  • Be fully registered with Blue Arrow
  • Have received an invitation email from your local branch to join the portal
  • Have access to an internet-enabled computer device.
