Our Swindon based client are looking to recruit a Service Desk Administrator, initially on a temporary basis for approximately 3 months but could be for longer.

As a member of a Service Desk Team, the Administrator provides administrative support and assistance to the Service Desk function and the Customer Service Manager. The Administrator may interface with organisations to obtain updates on outstanding incidents or requests and chase against service levels, regardless of the endpoint resolver.
The role of the Administrator is to ensure that non-automated incidents or requests for service are entered into the system. 

This role is working 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 07.30 - 17.30
