An opportunity to utilise your Customer Service skills and enable you to further your expertise in an Inbound Contact Centre environment. This position isn't making outbound calls or selling - it is providing excellent Customer Service, answering technical queries and processing requests.

What you will do:

  • You'll work as part of a wider team of people, split into different teams depending on which financial products to you will specialise in.
  • You will answer phones about products you are trained in (i.e. Pensions, Life Assurance)
  • You will deal with a range of queries from policy holders and financial advisors.
  • Queries can ran range from anything such as valuation of plans/ change of personal details, through to complex policy queries.
  • You will use different computer systems to retrieve relevant information.
  • You will liaise with different departments

Your experience will include:

  • GCSE (or equivalent) Mathematics and English Language at grade C or above
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Experience within a role in which you use Customer Service skills - this doesn't have to be from a Contact Centre as we provide full training, you just need the passion and motivation!
  • An ability to listen and accurately record information
  • A willingness to train for the role; your first 3-4 weeks with us will include financial services regulatory training, product training, complaints handling and receiving mentoring before you go live on the phones on your own
  • To be computer literate and confident; including experience using Microsoft Office programs

This role will start on September 3rd, it will also be subject to a credit check & basic background check.
