Chef de Partie - Fine Dining Gastro Pub - £23,000 p/a - Live-in

A high end Fine Dining Gastro Pub on the outskirts of Chichester that is part of a small independent group that serves fresh, locally sourced food and is awarded Rosettes across the Country. We are welcoming Commis Chef's that are willing to step up and develop their career.
Live-in accommodation available.


Main Duties and Responsibilities as a Chef de Partie (Chichester):

  • Producing  and presenting the dishes to meet the required Rosette standard
  • To assist with managing and maintaining the stock and storage
  • To help with creating new recipes and assist with writing menus

 
What You Need To Be a Successful Chef de Partie (Chichester):

  • Experience at Commis Chef/Chef de Partie level
  • A creative flair and passion for fresh produce
  • Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to take operation to the next level

 
Rewards - Chef de Partie (Chichester):

  • Salary of £21,000 - £23,000 per annum
  • £200.00 Tips per month guaranteed
