Sous Chef - Inn & Restaurant - Bognor Regis - £28k

Role Overview:

A 17th Century fresh food Inn & Restaurant located in West Sussex, Bognor Regis. Are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to join the team. Great opportunity for a Chef that wants to cook fresh modern British cuisine and progress with career. The successful candidate will work alongside the Head Chef to ensure the highest possible standards are met.

Main Duties and Responsibilities as a Sous Chef:
  • Training other Chefs
  • Cooking food to a high standard
  • Maintaining health and safety and food hygiene
  • Ordering and stock control

What You Need To Be a Successful Sous Chef:
  • Experience working at Sous Chef/Jnr Sous Chef level
  • NVQ or City & Guilds in catering preferable
  • Experience working with fresh food
  • Be able to work to a high standard in a busy environment

The Reward/Benefits - Sous Chef:
  • Annual salary of £26,000 - £28,000
  • Good working hours
  • Meals on duty
