Guest Relations Manager for Holiday Lets - Brighton - £25,000 per annum

Company that is part of an international investment group that maintains and manages new build bespoke developments on behalf of the groups' investment clients. This includes handover from sales, furnishing apartments, marketing and maintaining the apartments for rent.

Currently looking to appoint on a permanent, full-time bases for their new position of a Guest Relations Manager in Brighton due to business development and expansion. This is an existing opportunity to join a recognised name in the property market and that will suit professionals from Hospitality industry.

Role Description

A Guest Relations Manager to run the holiday lets operation in Brighton, where company has a large residential development.

Your main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
  • Liaising with customers regarding their bookings, answering enquiries via telephone and email
  • Management of the online booking system
  • Monitoring and responding to online reviews
  • Carrying out check-ins/check-outs where applicable
  • Maintenance management of the holiday lets
  • Arranging post check-out cleans of the apartments
  • Weekly inventories of all apartments
  • Additional administration tasks as required by the Brighton Office

The ideal candidate will have exceptional coordination and organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and communication skills and a strong work ethic. You will have a self-motivated attitude, an ability to remain calm under pressure and a willingness to learn.

Proven experience in administrative coordination or events organisation would be preferred but is not essential.

This role offers excellent career progression potential for the right candidate looking to further themselves.

Hours of Work: Wednesday - Sunday, 12pm-9pm, however you must be flexible to work additional hours if and when required.
