You will be working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef assisting in daily smooth service.

What do you need to get a job as a Junior Sous Chef (Chichester):

  • Previous experience at Rosette level
  • Passion for food and versatile knowledge
  • Commitment and sense of responsibility

 What will we require from you as a Junior Sous Chef (Chichester):

  • To run the kitchen in the Senior Chefs absence
  • Assist Head Chef in writing menus and specials
  • Train and develop Junior Chefs
