The Company

A fresh food led pub/restaurant situated in a good location of Uckfield is currently looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join the team. The extensive menu is ever-changing, using fresh and seasonal ingredients. Offering good working hours and the opportunity to become part of an established team, the team that is well bonded, friendly, professional and always aiming to achieve more. 

  

Required Experience

As a Sous Chef you will be required to have previous experience within a busy, high volume kitchen environment. A background working with fresh food and be aware of all health & safety/food safety legislation's practiced at work. 
You will be supporting the Head Chef in daily tasks, menu planning and training junior staff.

  

The Reward

Annual salary of £24,000 - £26,000
Working 4.5 out of 7 days per week
