About the role:

An outdoor leisure/retail company is looking for a professional and well organised Pastry Chef to join the team of 2 Patissiers at one of the companies sites based in Littlehampton. Main duties and responsibilities - Pastry Chef (Littlehampton):
  • Comply with the company's health and safety policy and food hygiene requirements
  • Ensure all food products/ingredients are re-stocked efficiently and stored accordingly
  • Create, prepare and present a wide range of high quality cakes & pastries
  • Participate in any relevant training session as encouraged by company
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are achieved

What are we looking for in a successful candidate - Pastry Chef (Littlehampton):
  • To work well in a team and communicate effectively will all staff members
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and produce consistent results
  • NVQ/City&Guilds or other relevant qualifications are advantageous
  • At least 2 years' experience working as a Pastry Chef or Patissier
