Catering & FOH Assistant - Work/Life Balance - £8,27 per hour

A General Catering & FOH Assistant is required for a well-established Education site near Shoreham-by-Sea. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the smooth running of the high volume canteen and kitchen that caters for pupils as well as guests. The role will be 5 out of 7 days per week with every other weekend off, daytime hours, no late nights and all straight shifts. Please note that this is a term time position working 49 weeks per year.


Catering & FOH Assistant responsibilities:
  • To assist in food serving and washing up
  • Provide a hospitality service to customers
  • To comply with Health & Safety at Work legislation
  • To be organised in your tasks and prioritise your work

Catering & FOH Assistant requirements:
  • Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is advantageous
  • Hospitality or catering background catering for big numbers
  • Your own transport will be required due to the rural location of the site and early starts.
  • The successful applicant will be subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
