The role:

A well-known and established Restaurant based in Brighton that is proudly awarded excellence for team achievements is looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie who wants to develop already existing skills and their career.


Your main responsibilities as a Chef de Partie will include (Brighton):
  • Supervising the Commis Chefs
  • Running a section within the kitchen
  • Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene
  • Producing dishes to meet the required standard

What you need to get the job as a Chef de Partie (Brighton):
  • C&G 706 1/2 or NVQ 1/2 qualification or equivalent
  • Fresh food experience is essential to apply for this role
  • Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn and progress
  • Very good cooking skills, knowledge of techniques and equipment
