The role - Senior Pastry Chef de Partie (Brighton):

A well-known and established Restaurant based in Brighton that is proudly awarded Rosettes looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Pastry Chef de Partie to join the brigade and grow business.

Your main responsibilities as Senior Pastry Chef de Partie will include (Brighton):
  • To be responsible for completing your mis en place
  • Work well as part of the team delivering exceptional experience to customers
  • To monitor wastage, stock rotation and required product orders for your section
  • To ensure all statutory regulations are adhered to, such as food hygiene policies

What you need to get the job as a Senior Pastry Chef de Partie (Brighton):
  • Experience as Chef de Partie Pastry within a similar operation, including bread making, chocolate, cake and decorative work.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and produce consistent results;
  • Proven cooking skills and the ability to follow precise recipes, quality and standards.
