Chef - Seafront Hotel - £19,000 per annum - Live-in

The role:

A reputable and beautiful seafront Hotel in Worthing would like to invite an experienced Chef to join the kitchen brigade on a fulltime permanent bases. Our professional and hardworking team is thriving to deliver a great experience to our customers and we are looking for passionate candidate who would like to develop a career in Hospitality & Catering.

Live-in accommodation is available if required.


Your main responsibilities as a Chef de Partie will include (Worthing):
  • Supervising the Commis Chefs
  • Running a section within the kitchen
  • Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene
  • Producing dishes to meet the required standard

What you need to get the job as a Chef de Partie (Worthing):
  • Fresh food experience is essential to apply for this role
  • Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn and progress
  • Good cooking skills, knowledge of techniques and equipment
  • C&G 706 1/2 or NVQ 1/2 qualification or equivalent is beneficial
