Your main responsibilities as a Sous Chef (Chichester):

  • To be switched on and responsible for assisting Head Chef
  • Stock rotation, product ordering and assisting with the deliveries
  • To ensure the food preparation and presentation meets high standards
  • To comply with the hotel's health and safety and food safety legislations
  • Assist in training junior members of staff and help mentor through their development

Requirements for a Sous Chef (Chichester):

  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills
  • Experience as a Chef within establishments of 1/2AA Rosette rating
  • Enthusiasm to take operation to the next level and develop your career
  • Versatile knowledge and mastery of classic recipes and techniques
