Restaurant Manager/Catering Manager - Work/Life Balance - £22,000

Role Overview:

A leading outdoor leisure/retail company looking for a Restaurant Manager/Catering Manager for their site in Hatings. The company has a passion for food and developing its talent. The successful candidate will work 5 out 7 days per week, working every other weekend. All shifts are during the day, evenings off.

Main Duties and Responsibilities as Chef Supervisor (Hastings):

  • Team supervision

  • Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene

  • Maintains stock levels and control waste within the restaurant

  • Actively upsells so that customers have an inspiring dining experience

What You Need To Be a Successful Chef Supervisor (Hastings):

  • Experience as a Chef/Team leader in a similar establishment

  • Qualified to NVQ Level 1, 2 and 3 or Equivalent

  • Passionate about food and customer service

  • Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to take operation to the next level
