About the role:
Join our Blue Arrow family working within our Customer Success Hub as a Resourcer working remotely from home ensuring the fulfilment needs of the hub are met.
Some of your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Candidate sourcing, screening and interviewing
- Building relationships with candidates
- Developing applicant attraction strategies
- Keeping up to date with industry regulations and market information
- Search and identify candidates from various sources
- Engaging with vetting and compliance teams
- Assisting candidates with application process and ensuring compliant
- Briefing candidates on interview and assessment processes
- Maintaining and updating systems
