Our prestigious client is based just outside of Heathrow Airport, all candidate's must be able to travel in to this location. There is no parking onsite but candidate's can travel to Hatton Cross Tube Station (Piccadilly Line) there is free parking at Hatton Cross and there is also a free shuttle bus that transfers every 10 / 15 minutes to the location from Hatton Cross Tube Station.

The pay rate for this booking is £9.80 per hour for the first 12 weeks then £10.26 thereafter.

Reporting to the Compliance Team Co-ordinator and working as part of the Resourcing Compliance Team, the role holder will carry out background checking; pass issuance and CRC/CTC activities therefore, will be working cross-functionally. The Compliance Team Executive will promote strong teamwork whilst delivering the highest levels of customer service to our candidates and colleagues. They ensure that we effectively manage our pre and post employment risks, protecting our brand and reputation, together with our investment in recruitment and training.

 The role holder must ensure that all checks are conducted in strict compliance with all applicable regulations and against standards defined by our clients Security, DfT, and other regulatory bodies and relevant airport authorities.


Principal Accountabilities


The Compliance Executive will need to coordinate and prioritise a number of key activities on behalf of our clients and our partners (as defined) including:


  • Investigate and prove the whereabouts and employment history of each candidate or transferee over a given period of time whilst establishing and maintaining evidence of eligibility to work for all new and ongoing Migrant Workers.


  • Assist in the coordination of Criminal Records Checks, Overseas Criminal Record Checks and Enhanced Criminal Records Checks that are a requirement for staff to obtain or renew an Airside or Crew pass or for staff that work with, or have access to children or vulnerable adults.


  • Participate in the Issuance of identification passes for our clients and our partners, restricting and controlling the access that pass-holders have to areas and facilities where the pass-holder has a legitimate business reason for that access.
    • Keep up to date with changes to airport standards and government legislation, implementing appropriate local operating procedures and updating communications as required.
    • Acts as our client's and Airport Authority signatory for verification of references to support security pass issue.

    • Adherence to Data Protection Act and its application to staff information.

    • Providing general support to the Compliance Team Co-ordinator.

    • Ensuring issues are escalated to the Compliance Team Co-ordinator when appropriate, within a reasonable timescale.

    • Accurate completion of documents and appropriate filing.

    • Completion of quality checks as required whilst supporting the internal quality check process.
