Blue Arrow is currently looking to recruit two Sales Representatives. The roles are permanent working Monday to Friday 8.30 until 17.00, are based in Belper and require full driving licences as the position requires traveling throughout the UK. Occasional overnight stays will be required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Making outbound calls; you will be required to develop and implement a digital sales strategy for merchants and installers to achieve company targets and ensuring that Vaillant group has a successful relationship with all partnered merchants.
- Managing inbound calls and solving customer queries, manage email inboxes for different departments (including marketing and sales) and manage social media accounts interacting with installers from all over the UK.
- Strategically work in partnership with the sales force to develop volume and attending/promoting at regional events.
- Provide a high level of customer service during all interactions with the aim of increasing incremental boiler sales.
Vaillant are looking for candidates who are target focused with the desire to win!
Have an extensive knowledge in customer service and telesales skills with the ability to attract and engage with new installers via digital platforms.
The successful candidate must be IT literate with the ability to record and report all customer interactions via salesforce.com, have the ability to generate sales strategy's and implement them .
The salary is £18,600 + £1500 OTE bonus after successfully hitting set targets.
