Due to our clients continued expansion we are looking for an experienced New Business Developer to join our team
We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who is organized, possesses the ability to work on their own, meet deadlines and use their own initiative
Selling warranties on white goods from warm leads.
Chasing up outstanding quotes with the aim of maximising business opportunities leading to the generation of new business.
You'll be contacting all those customers that have purchased warranties, taking the chance to sell to them the right warranty and give them the chance to compare.
Experience / Skills
Previous Sales experience is needed with excellent outbound telesales experience
Resilient - able to handle rejection and be persistent in approach, ability to influence decision makers with ability to close sales over the phone
You will be driven by money and hungry to earn big
You will be confident and tenacious.
Ideally have experience in appointment making / cold calling
Ability to use initiative, analyse, persuade, influence, prioritise and meet deadlines
Understand customer needs and advise on product options
To have questioning, listening & information gathering skills and be able to identify customers' needs & propose appropriate solutions
To be able to modify your approach in specific circumstances to ensure a positive outcome
Negotiation skills - gain agreement on proposed course of action (Win/Win).
