We are looking for experienced administrators to join our Customer Service Advisers team, situated in the Cheltenham Area. You will be responsible for dealing with inbound telephone calls from customers on the Sun Life Financial UK Book of Business. The purpose of this role is to deliver excellent customer service to our customers. You will be set performance targets whilst ensuring our customers are treated in a fair and consistent manner taking into account their individual circumstances.

Key Tasks:


  • Ensure that prompt, friendly and helpful service is delivered to our customers.
  • Finalise as many customers call as possible at the first point of contact, liaising with our back office teams where necessary.
  • Take ownership of customer problems and where necessary follow a problem through.
  • Answer enquiries accurately and keep up to date with changes.
  • Identify Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) issues and communicate them to a TCF Champion for resolution
  • Must have excellent customer service, commitment & timekeeping skills
