Sous/Head Chef - Alresford - up to £30k + Tips - Village Pub

The Role:


Sous Chef or a Head Chef required for this very busy Village Pub based in Alresford. Their aim is to provide a warm and comfortable atmosphere for their guests to relax in whilst offering them a premium selection of drinks and locally sourced, well cooked food. The Chefs take great care and time to create interesting, seasonally changing menus.

 

Live in Accommodation provided if needed...

 

5/7 days - 40 hrs per week - Great opportunity within a great company.

 

Your main responsibilities as Sous Chef/Head Chef will include:


  • Running a section within the kitchen
  • Producing dishes to meet the required standard
  • Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene
  • Supervising the Junior Chefs
  • Running the Kitchen/GP - Head Chef Duties

What you need to get the job:


  • Qualified to NVQ Level 1 and 2 or Equivalent 
  • Experience cooking with fresh produce and to a high standard
  • Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn and progress

The Reward:
