Breakfast Chef - 4*Hotel - Brockenhurst-£17,000 + Tips -Live In Available

Role Overview:

Our client is a fabulous 4 star hotel situated in the beautiful village of Brokenhurst in The New Forest. Their restaurant boasts a superb choice of fresh, locally sourced dishes served daily. This company offers excellent career opportunities to develop and progress. They are currently recruiting for a Breakfast Chef to join their team. The successful candidate will work 5 out of 7 days per week. Monday to Friday shifts would be 6am-2pm and Saturday or Sunday would be 7am-3pm, so every night off!!!

Main Duties and Responsibilities as a Breakfast Chef (Brockenhurst):



  • Prepare and cook breakfast to the required standard


  • Ensure food safety/health & hygiene


  • Supervise Kitchen Porters


  • Ensure all areas are clean and tidy after service




What You Need To Be a Successful Breakfast Chef (Brockenhurst):



  • Previous experience as Chef de Partie or/and Breakfast Chef


  • Passionate about the hospitality industry


  • A willingness to learn and progress


  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
