Customer Experience Advisor

Hours- 37.5 hours per week

Shifts - Mon-Friday between 08.00-20.00
Sat between 08.00-18.00

Length - 3 months we the possibility of a permanent contract

Pay Rate- £7.63 per hour

The role of an advisor as the first point of contact for our customer, is to deliver an exceptional customer experience and be an advocate of our culture. You will be required to deal with a variety of customer calls including complex queries and possess the skills to confidently objection handle with many different types of customer calls and complaints via voice/telephone.

Accountability's

  • Be curious and understand your customer's needs


  • Listen and question to gain key information to resolve your customer's query or complaint


  • Be accountable for all types of customer queries within your skill set


  • Possess the ability to perform to business critical KPI's for both Capita and our partner


  • Adhere to DPA and compliance


  • Keep up to date with all business and industry communications


  • Take the appropriate action required to solve a query within process and policy guidelines, escalating when appropriate/necessary


  • Take ownership from the start to finish of every call to ensure that all opportunities have been identified and explored to enhance customer satisfaction and drive down complaints


  • Use human conversation and imagination to put the customer at the heart of everything we do


  • Provide feedback on incidents e.g. systems/procedures to influence future policy and recommendation of solutions to drive continuous improvements


  • Be accountable for all aspects of your role, display willingness to learn, welcome and provide feedback to grow.
