As a tele-care operator, you will be required to provide an efficient call-handling service to different groups within the organisation including residents, contractors and internal and external bodies. Incoming calls vary from being routine to emergency and is therefore crucial calls are handled in a calm sympathetic manner.
** This role incorporates shift work (Including Night Shift)**
Skills / Attributes
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to empathise and handle incoming calls in a calm, steady and sympathetic manner
- Good administrative skills
- Basic MS office skills (including outlook)
- Work as part of a team
