Are you seeking a temporary role to commence early January?

Blue Arrow have a fantastic opportunity suited to those with strong administrative and organisational skills. Based in Edinburgh's City Centre and you will play an integral role within the team.

The role is varied and offers an opportunity to gain experience across different areas within the recruitment function within the organisation. Excellent communication and organisation skills are essential as is the ability to prioritise your workload.

Duties include:

  • Monitoring recruitment inbox
  • Providing support with recruitment administration (sending out application/ recruitment packs)
  • Preparing Induction packs
  • Prepare, photocopy and bind staff training materials
  • Update payroll system

Skills/ knowledge required:

  • Proficiency across MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Ability to communicate at all levels demonstrating an understanding of service delivery and confidentiality
  • Previous administration experience
