We are currently seeking applications from experienced receptionists to join a dynamic organisation located in Edinburgh's City Centre.

This is a varied role where you will be the first point of contact for colleagues and visitors alike. As the first point of contact in this busy office, you should possess excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to prioritise your own workload.

Duties include:

  • Taking incoming calls/ messages and communicating appropriately

  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors to the office

  • Ensuring visitors are signed in and out correctly

  • Set up meeting rooms

  • Arranging and organising lunches for meetings as required

  • Distribute mail and manage outgoing mail

  • Ensure reception is presented professionally

  • Providing general administrative support
