Do you thrive in a busy environment and possess excellent customer service skills ?  Are you an experienced call handler seeking a role which will allow you to combine the customer service element with team leadership?  If so, this could be the perfect role for you!

Blue Arrow are working with an Edinburgh based organisation who have a permanent opportunity within their dynamic team.  This is a unique role where excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work well under pressure are essential.   

You will be required to manage incoming calls from a variety of individuals ranging from contractors, residents and external bodies. Incoming calls vary from being routine to emergency and it is therefore crucial calls are handled in a calm sympathetic manner.   

** This role incorporates shift work (Including Night Shift)**

Skills / Attributes

  • Excellent Communication skills

  • Conduct monthly appraisals with team members

  • Ability to empathise and handle incoming calls in a calm, steady and sympathetic manner

  • Ensure computerised and manual records are updated (team wide)

  • Excellent administrative skills

  • Good MS office skills (including outlook)

  • Work as part of a team
