Do you have experience handling complaints or claims, or do you have experience within the Banking or Financial Services sector?

My client is a market leading FTSE 100 company who are also in the Forbes Top 100 "The World's Most Innovative Companies"? 

They are currently looking to recruit experienced Senior complaints/claims handlers that are able to work flexible hours between 08.00 & 18.00, Monday to Friday.

 
You will have full ownership of your own case load, investigating and reviewing regulated complaints. Delivering a first class customer service you will accurately review the file, agree an outcome and where required, calculate accurate redress. You will then communicate effectively and professionally with the customer (both verbally and in writing) to ensure a positive outcome.

You will be given award winning training and support in order for you to be successful and progress. 


In order to be successful you'll need to have at least 12 months experience dealing with complaints or working in the Banking or Financial services sector. You'll also need meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
