On behalf of one of my clients, a renowned and well respected venue hosts, I am currently recruiting for;

1 x Sous Chef - Bere Regis and 1 x Sous Chef for Bridport
1 x Grill Chef - Bere Regis and 1 x Grill Chef for Bridport

The hours will be on a 5 day rotating basis covering 9am-9:30pm Monday - Sunday for a minimum of 3 months. This means there is genuine potential for 48+ Hours per week for the right individuals.

Food Hygiene/Handler level 2 is the minimum required qualification for this role

Experience and a proven track record of preparing and cooking food in a fast passed environment is also essential.
