Chef de Partie - 4* Hotel - Basingstoke  - UP TO £20k + tips

The role:

Chef de Partie required for a 4 star Country House Hotel ideally situated on the outskirts of Preston Candover. The Hotel has a brasserie restaurant and a 2 Rosette restaurant, covering weddings and functions throughout the year. The Hotel Restaurant offers a selection of dishes using fresh local produce, delivered to a high standard.



Your main responsibilities as chef de partie will include:


"           Producing dishes to meet the required standard

"           Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene

"           Supervising the Commis Chefs


What you need to get the job:

"           Experience at chef de partie level or commis chef looking to step up

"           Qualified to NVQ Level 1 and 2 or Equivalent 

"           Experience cooking with fresh produce and to a high standard

"           Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn and progress

The Reward:


"           Salary of UPTO £20,000 + share of tips + all overtime paid + meals on duty & Live in Accommodation if required.
