Working as part the UK's largest vehicle leasing and fleet management company, offering a wide range of products and services to businesses and consumers. Within this part of the business we currently have temporary Business Services Administrator roles available. These roles are contracted to June 2019 with a view to being extended based on performance. 

As an Administrator you will be placed in to one of our three teams within Cash Allocations, Contracts or Purchase Ledger. The core purpose of this business area is to process contractual documentation; process payments to our customers and suppliers, reconcile statements and resolve invoice queries. We believe in being adaptable as possible and as such we operate a successful 'cross skilling' culture where you will lend your abilities to learning more than just your 'home teams' tasks. Full, on the job training will be given within the team and you will be provided with a training plan to ensure that you follow the right path.  On-going support will be available to you from one of our experienced members of the team.

Shifts are Monday-Friday between 0800 to 1730

Working as part of a team, ensuring that telephone calls, internet and e-mails requests are dealt with within company guidelines.


By gaining a good understanding of key areas of the business. Build relationships with staff to improve efficiencies in the procedures for resolving customer issues.
