We are looking for experienced administrators to join our Customer Service Advisers team, situated in the Cheltenham Area. You will be at the front line of delivering a high-quality experience to our customers and you will be the first point of contact for our customers over the email.


• Dealing with premium and new business queries.
• Banking of cheques and accountancy queries
• Updating procedures when required
• Maturity and Surrender payments/queries
• Pension retirement and payments
• Updating procedures when required
• Divorce and bankruptcies
• A variety of manual reporting and processing


• Good organisation skills
• Attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A good focus on quality and customer service
• To be able to deliver an accurate and efficient service
• Demonstrate the Capita behaviours with a 'can do' approach
