We are recruiting 170 Customer Service Administrators to join a leading Banking Group with offices in Manchester City Centre. The roles are available from early March and are offered on an evening shift basis ideal for students and those seeking more flexible working hours around family. 6 month contracts. £8.50 per hour plus additional financial benefits.
You will carry out a range of clerical/technical support tasks to support the business area in providing a high quality output.
Carry out a range of assigned clerical/technical support tasks, ensuring that the work is completed accurately and adheres to specified Group policies, processes and procedures
Respond to queries/issues ensuring that customer requirements are clarified.
Raise routine correspondence where appropriate
The role involves both Telephony and Administration duties.
Who We Are Looking For:
If you can comit to working evening shifts 16:00 to 22:00/23:00 Mon - Fri on an ongoing basis (6 months and have the following skills we would love to hear from you:
- Good verbal communication
- IT literate
- Passion for good customer service
- Good administration skills
- Problem solving
- Team Work
Monday to Friday 16:00 - 22:00. Some shifts will be until 23:00
