My client is looking for a Senior Group administrator.  You will working in a team organising diaries for senior management team as well as taking part in meetings and supporting the running of these.   These could be external or internal. 

Key points of the role:

  • Previous experience for a Director in a similar role
  • Demonstrative administration, detailed planning and organisational skills
  • Ability to form effective working relationships at all levels
  • Excellant attention to detail
  • Strong diary management skills
  • Proven track record of successful negotiation and influencing skills
  • Problem solving ability
  • Commercial awareness
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Extremely proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Positive "can-do", flexible attitude

You will also support other departments within the business as and when this is needed.
