Blue Arrow are currently recruiting highly motivated Customer Service Analysts to work for one of UK's leading Banking Group! This is an exciting Part-time position due to start as soon as possible for the right candidate. You will work with the highly skilled IT to team provide excellent customer service support to its staff in a fast paced environment.

Job Role

This is a 12 month temporary ongoing role with the possibility of extension. These positions are offering a pay rate of £8.75 per hour. You will be working 4 hours per day Monday to Friday with 1 Saturday in 6 weeks between the hours of 8:00a.m- 01:00p.m. During your first few weeks you'll receive excellent support and training. It is therefore vital that you have no booked holidays in the first 5 weeks of training.

Key Responsibilities

As an integral part of the organisation you will be responsible for:

  • Resetting passwords within an IT Service Desk

  • Manage the expectations of customers whilst having an empathetic understanding of their issue

  • Providing a friendly yet professional level of customer service

  • Answering calls within a timely manner

  • Handling complaints sensitively and understandingly if they arise.

  • Working unsupervised to ensure that the business service levels agreements are met

The right person should have a proven track record of excellent customer service and exceptional communication skills with a desire to work in a customer service environment.
