The role:

If you have good customer service skills whether gained through a retail, leisure, public service or call centre environment, we have a fantastic opportunity for you to work within a local train station and the UK`s most reputable transport service group.

You have an important and busy role in handling queries from this leading brand`s customers. You are someone who understands and appreciates the need to handle queries quickly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

- Provide accurate and efficient customer service to all Train Station customers
- Respond to a range of customer, queries for example questions about which bus to board as a train replacement
- Mann the height restriction barrier throughout the day and traffic management
- Shift Patterns
