Recruitment Contractor- Care Sector

Blue Arrow Glasgow are looking for someone that has experience working within both the recruitment and care sector.

You would be working internally with Senior Management and HR Business Partners to improve the following areas:

• Recruitment of temporary, contract and permanent care staff
• Staff retention through engagement and benefits
• Educate current managers on recruitment best practice
• Assist with a commercial business plan on how to roll out a new attraction method for care sector staff
• Assist with recruitment campaigns and talent attraction

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially aware recruiter to join a well known care organisation and help them change the way they look at their recruitment processes.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills/experience:

• Agency recruitment experience-running a successful temporaries desk within the care sector
• Experience recruiting within the care/health sector
• Commercially aware and able to assist with business plans/new business model
• Organised with the ability to multi task
• Able to communicate and present at all levels
• Someone that is creative and can think on their feet

This is a contract position however for the right candidate could lead to other opportunities within the business.
The role will be based in my clients offices in North Lanarkshire however some travel to other offices will be involved.
