Call Centre Adviser required at a busy inbound call centre based in Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire.
Full time work is available between Monday to Sunday with start times that vary between 5am-8.30am so flexibility is necessary to be able to work on any of these shift patterns. The company is operational 7 days a week.
The Pay rate starts at £7.84ph with opportunities for career progression up to £9.01ph.
This Call Centre Adviser role provides an excellent opportunity for ongoing weekly work to work at a successful National Logistical Organisation based in Waltham Cross. Free on-site parking is provided with weekly pay, holiday pay and also pension after completion of probation period.
The requirements of the Call Centre Adviser role are as follows:
Providing excellent customer service to customers at all times.
No cold calling/sales required.
Be expected to meet targeted KPI's which include call waiting times and call backs.
Must have either a Customer Service background or Administration experience.
Must be computer literate.
