Customer Service Advisor            (York)      

37.5-40 hours per week

Blue Arrow are currently recruiting experienced Customer Service Advisor's for a National and well known  organisation based in Fuller Sutton, York! If you have experience within a call centre or Retail Environment , fantastic! We are looking for motivated individuals with outstanding motivation, high attention to detail, excellent problem solving skills and a willingness to learn quickly.
You will work Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5pm. 

Key Duties

  • Make outgoing calls to arrange vehicle collections and also take incoming calls
  • Provide face to face customer service and deal with any enquiries promptly
  • Deal with DVLA documentation and returns
  • Administrative duties, including data entry, word processing, filing, copying and other duties as required by the office manager 

Key Skills

  • Excellent communication skills; both  spoken and written
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Very good understanding and execution of procedures
  • Ability to solve problems under pressure while remaining calm
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Minimum of 6 months customer services experience
  • Handle working within a target environment

Due to the location of this client you must have your own transport.
