The role:

Working for a well-known Peterborough based Company, you will be responsible working with a team of Call Centre Advisors to provide a high level of service to their customer base.  This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their customer service skills further within a stable, well-established business.

Key information:

  • January 2019 start
  • Permanent role
  • 25 hours per week
  • Tuesday - Friday 1pm - 5pm & Saturday 8am - 5pm
  • Free on-site Parking

 Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering incoming customer calls
  • Handling customer queries and complaints
  • Processing customer requests on the computer system
  • Providing good quality customer service
  • Updating the computer system accurately

Skills required:

  • Experience in a customer service based role
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Good problem solver
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Team player
