Customer Service Administrator - Peterborough

Start - ASAP
Salary - £16,000p/a
Hours - Monday to Friday 8.30am to 17.30pm
Location - Peterborough

My client in Peterborough is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with proven experience within customer service ideally within an accounts department or contact centre.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Ensure customers adhere to payment terms and remain within credit limits.
  2. Act in a timely and effective manner on the collection of all debts and customers payments, ensuring regulations set by external credit providers are adhered to.
  3. Responsible for ensuring all software system notes are input in a timely and accurate manner.
  4. Liaising with other departments as and when appropriate to resolve customer queries in a timely manner.
  5. Collect card payments over the telephone.
