The role:

Our client is looking for an Assistant Finance & Administration Manager to support the Finance & Administration Manager through the maintenance and updating of financial and statistical records, order/invoice progression and sales reports.

This is a great opportunity for someone qualified to a minimum of AAT Level 3 with extensive finance experience.

 Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist Finance Manager with quarter end/year end reconciliations
  • Provide monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Supervise Finance Assistants to ensure smooth running of the finance department
  • Monitor invoices to ensure payments
  • Monitor all income and expenditure accounts on a weekly basis
  • Provide cover for the Finance & Administration Manager in times of absence


Skills/Experience required:


  • AAT Level 3
  • Minimum 5 years finance experience
  • General accounting knowledge
  • Reconciliation knowledge
  • Budgeting experience
  • Highly proficient in use of MS Excel
  • Organised and meticulous
  • Numerate and accurate
