A dynamic Operations Supervisor is required to join a busy, fast moving Warehouse operation which is rapidly growing. The role, based in Newmarket, will drive the standards forward to maximise customer satisfaction. You must have a keen focus on people management, in order to motivate your team and maximise productivity.

As Operations Supervisor you will be ultimately responsible for managing and leading a team of operatives this will include:

* Maintaining a safe and secure working environment
* Provide a coaching environment focusing on training and development
* Manage and report on attendance, performance and work environment
* Provide leadership by establishing clear expectations
* Ensure effective communications between departments, peers and management
* Responsible for the security of inventory

The Operations Supervisor will need:

* Previous Supervisory or Team Management experience
* Exceptional man management and communication skills
* Knowledge and experience of health and safety, preferably IOSH standard
* Proactive with an eye for problem solving
* Competent in PC skills, including Word & Excel
