The role:

This is a 6 month fixed term contract for a Customer Service Advisor. You will be responsible for providing a high quality order taking and customer general enquiry telephone service. You will act as a first point of contact for both internal and external customers.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer service and outstanding communication skills.

Key information:
  • 19th February 2018
  • 6 month contract
  • Monday to Friday
  • Shift rota 07:00-16.00 / 08:00-17:00 / 11:00-20:00
  • No weekends

Key responsibilities include:
  • To ensure that telephone calls are dealt with promptly and to an agreed standard.
  • To take and process customer orders.
  • To deal with customer returns.
  • To always keep the customer updated and informed.
  • To process invoices.

Skills required:

  • Good level of literacy and numeracy
  • Computer literate
  • Professional and personable telephone manner.
  • Flexibility
