The role:

You will be responsible for taking inbound calls, operate on-line chat and assisting with outbound telemarketing campaigns as well as general administration.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has a passion for customer service and enjoys a varied role.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Handling inbound calls and on-line enquiries
  • Recording all information on the computer system
  • Contact prospective customers to market company products and services
  • Provide support to sales executives
  • Administer customer satisfaction surveys

Skills required:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • IT literate
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • A strong team player who is results driven
