Aftersales Executive - Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire

Salary - £19,500 - £25,000
Hours - Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm (flexible)
Location - Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire
Start - Immediate start

My client is looking for a Aftersales Executive on a temporary to permanent basis.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a world leading B2B coding and marking organisation, specialising in the selling of aftersales products and services to our existing UK Installed Base spanning a wide range of industries.

Reporting to the Aftersales Manager and based from the office with occasional travel nationally (UK & IRE), you will be targeted with contract renewals, identifying and regaining lost business, as well as growing revenue opportunities from your territory accounts.

Work with and support the wider business to facilitate customers with Aftersales products. The Ideal candidate must be comfortable working within a team and have the confidence and ability to build and maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities will include:

  • New business generation
  • Setting up appointments
  • Negotiating at director level
  • Closing sales
  • Selling on the phone
  • Hitting sales targets
  • Maximising the retention and growth of existing contract base
  • Identifying new revenue opportunities
  • Negotiate with customers (UK & IRE) to renew and review contracts
  • Working within a sales team

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Strong organisational skills and time management skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Full and valid driver's license is essential
  • Proactive with a can-do approach
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision on assigned projects
  • Ambitious, driven and self-motivated
  • Bright, articulate and well presented
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office - in particular Excel & Word
