Customer Service Administrator - Thrapston
Monday - Friday
Salary DOE

We require a Service Administrator with good communication skills at all levels. An ability to deal effectively and confidently with customers and colleagues is essential as are good organisational skills and an eye for detail.

Day to Day duties:
*Assist with incoming maintenance calls & deal with enquiries and product faults
*Review client works requests & allocate works to both internal engineers and external service providers
*Schedule engineer visits
*Monitor client assets and provide asset management and outstanding work reports as and when required
*Liaise with parts & equipment suppliers to ensure timely procurement of replacement parts and equipment
*Raising invoices following works completed

You will need the following:
*Be able to react quickly and multi-task
*Strong Customer Service skills
*Disciplined individual with ability to work under pressure
*Previous experience in a similar role
Experienced with Sage L50 Accounts, Outlook, Word, Excel
Service Department and Customer Service experience required.
